When Lana Rhoades entered the industry at 19, she was broke, isolated, and vulnerable — and she now says she was taken advantage of at one of the most impressionable moments of her life. Years later, she’s a mother… and she’s asking every major platform to delete the hundreds of videos that still circulate online.

Not for fame. Not for attention.
For her son.

In a recent emotional speech, she shared how she never truly understood the lifelong consequences of those decisions at 19 — and how no young woman in that situation ever really can.

Her story isn’t just about one person. It’s a warning about an entire era where digital permanence was treated like entertainment… not trauma.

Because internet content doesn’t disappear when someone grows up — but people do grow up.

They become parents. They heal. They change.

And they should have the right to rewrite their lives — without the past holding them hostage forever.

Seismic Pressure Building Near the Philippine Trench — Experts Warn of “Seesaw Effect” Beneath Mindanao

Geologists are closely monitoring the southeast region of Mindanao, where intense pressure is building along the Philippine Trench — one of the most active subduction zones in the world. This is the area where one tectonic plate dives beneath another, generating major earthquakes and continuous aftershocks.

According to experts, this process acts like a slow-motion seesaw beneath the Earth’s crust. As the subducting oceanic plate pushes downward, it squeezes and bends the overriding Philippine Mobile Belt, storing immense energy over time. Eventually, this built-up tension can snap, releasing massive seismic energy in the form of powerful earthquakes — and in some cases, tsunamis.

📍 “The squeezing builds up stress over time, causing the leading edge of the overriding plate to bend and bulge upwards, while the plate behind it can be pushed down. When the plates suddenly slip, this bulge can snap back — triggering a major earthquake,” experts explained.

⚠️ The area near the Philippine Fault and Trench remains under close observation as aftershocks continue to ripple across Mindanao.

The "Triangle of Life" is a concept popularized by Doug Copp, a rescue worker, as a potential lifesaving strategy during earthquakes. The idea is to seek shelter in a safe place near sturdy structures that can protect you from falling debris.

*How to find the Triangle of Life:*

1. Identify sturdy structures*: Look for strong, stable objects like:
- Doorframes
- Columns
- Pillars
- Beams

2. Position yourself*: Get next to the structure, not under it. The goal is to be in a spot where the structure can protect you from falling objects.

3. Crouch or lie down*: Get into a crouched or lying position to minimize your exposure.

4. Cover your head and neck*: Use your arms or any available objects to protect your head and neck from debris.

Important notes:*

- The Triangle of Life concept is not universally accepted, and some experts recommend the "Drop, Cover, and Hold On" method instead.
- The best approach may depend on the specific situation and environment.

*Drop, Cover, and Hold On method:*

1. *Drop down*: Get to the ground.
2. *Take cover*: Under a sturdy piece of furniture or against an interior wall.
3. *Hold on*: To the furniture or door frame to maintain your position.

Ultimately, it's crucial to be prepared and know the safest strategies for your specific location.
