You started with a quiet whisper of courage that has grown into something worthy of the loudest applause. No one saw these changes coming, but when the unexpected came, you were right there to face it. You stepped up without hesitation, taking on a challenge that was never yours to carry in the first place.

Your silent bravery is something we all look up to. In an office full of noise, you lead us with a calm, steady presence. We still love those moments when you try to raise your voice—only for it to crack, leaving your face completely red. But even when words don't come easily to you, your gentle presence is always more than enough to steady us. And of course, your infuriating urge to completely rearrange the office layout right before it’s time to go home keeps us on our toes—even if we all end up groaning while helping you move desks at 5 PM.

Thank you for being the heart of this council. Stepping into this role wasn't easy, but seeing how much you care makes us so proud to stand behind you.

Whenever a quiet hush falls over the council room, Tressha is always there to break the silence. With her wonderfully corny jokes and infectious laughter, she effortlessly transforms our longest, most tiring work sessions into moments of pure fun.

While many know her as the loudest presence in the room, but we know her as the most dependable. Beyond her high energy, she is a deeply compassionate friend — the kind who genuinely listens when you are going through something and sticks by your side when you need it most.
