🏆 Craftsmanship (30%) – Costume quality & uniqueness
🎭 Character Portrayal (30%) – Mannerisms & stage presence
✨ Presentation (25%) – Costume details, makeup, and confidence
👏 Audience Appeal (15%) – Crowd engagement

🥇 1st Place: P1,000 + Certificate

GENERAL RULES
🔹 Costumes must be family-friendly and based on existing characters.
🔹 No profanity, offensive language, or inappropriate behavior.
🔹 No real weapons or hazardous props. Fire, confetti, or small loose objects are not allowed.
🔹 No jumping, acrobatics, or dangerous stunts on stage.
🔹 Respect fellow participants, judges, and the audience.
🔹 Young participants (12 & below) need parental consent & supervision.
🔹 Organizers have the right to disqualify or remove anyone who violates the rules.
🔹 Photos & videos may be used for promotional purposes.

A young but deeply passionate soul in the world of cosplay, Rei Anshin Coser began her cosplay journey on March 2024, at SM Rosario, Cavite. In just a short time, she has blossomed into a beloved figure in the community, known for her warm presence and dedication to bringing joy through her craft.

Proudly representing both Cavite Cosplayers Official (CCO) and El Paso Cosplay in the US, she continues to grow her reach and inspire others internationally. As the leader of CCO GEMS—CCO’s very own idol cosplay group—she combines her love for performance with her passion for character.

🎨 Her hobbies span a rainbow of creativity:
Drawing
Singing
Voice acting
Dancing
Streaming
And crafting props and costumes as part of her daily life

She has a special love for cosplaying underrated characters, with one of her most recognized portrayals being Akazukin ChaCha—a tribute that never fails to charm those nostalgic for the classic anime.
