November 15, 2025 โ€“ Senator Bam Aquino visited Binulasan Integrated School (BIS) to personally assess the condition of the school, particularly the lack of classrooms.

Senator Aquino was accompanied by Quezon 2nd District Board Member Doc Kim Tan and the members of the Infanta Municipal Council, led by Mayor L.A. RUANTO. He was welcomed by the school principal of BIS, Dr. Rosalie Salgo, along with teachers, master teachers, GPTA members, head teachers, and the SSLG and SELG officers of the school. Also present to welcome the senator were the members of the Sangguniang Barangay, led by Barangay Chairman Mr. Rico Revellame.

During the campus tour, Senator Aquino saw several makeshift classrooms used by teachers and learners from elementary to senior high school. In addition to this, the school also implements class shifting and uses the covered court as a classroom to address the classroom shortage. Maโ€™am Sahlee, the school principal, emphasized that BIS is one of the schools with the most classroom shortages in the area.

Senator Bam Aquino is known as one of the leading advocates of education in the Senate. He is currently promoting House Bill No. 2633 or the Classroom-Building Acceleration Program (CAP), which aims to address the shortage of classrooms in schools throughout the Philippines.

Binulasan, Infanta, Quezon โ€“ Matagumpay na naganap ang General PTA Meeting ng Binulasan Integrated School ngayong araw, Hulyo 15, 2025, ika-1 ng hapon. Pinangunahan ni Maโ€™am Rosalie Salgo, Principal III, ang pagbubukas ng pulong. Binigyang-diin ni Maโ€™am Salgo ang kanyang malaking pasasalamat sa mga magulang na kusang-loob na nagbigay ng suporta sa paaralan at idinagdag na bukas ang kanyang pinto para sa mga magulang na mayroong anumang hindi pagkakaunawaan sa mga g**o ng kanilang anak. Pagkatapos ng kanyang pananalita, ipinakilala ni Maโ€™am Salgo ang dalawang bagong g**o ng BIS, sina Maโ€™am Marife Gurango na hiram na g**o mula sa Tongohin National High School, at Maโ€™am Ada Ballad, na bagong g**o sa ALS ng Senior High School. Iniulat ni Sir Jay Romantico ang kabuuang koleksyon ng PTA para sa taong panuruan 2024-2025. Iniharap naman ni Sir Allan M. Peรฑamora ang mga ulat at resibo para sa proyektong apat na pansamantalang silid-aralan at ang proyekto ng Mr. and Ms. BIS 2025, na detalyadong tinalakay ang progreso, mga hamon, gastos at kita para sa pagtatayo ng bagong clinic at guidance office. Nagbigay naman ng malinaw na paliwanag si Sir Jimmy tungkol sa paggamit ng MOOE (Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses) ng paaralan. Nagpasalamat naman si Maโ€™am Rhea Rose Guno, dating Pangulo ng GPTA, sa mga magulang para sa kanilang patuloy na suporta at pakikiisa sa mga programa ng paaralan at gayundin sa mga proyekto ng nagdaang GPTA.

Ang pangunahing layunin ng pulong ay ang eleksyon para sa mga bagong opisyal ng GPTA para sa taong 2025-2026. Ang mga nahalal ay ang mga sumusunod:

The 2025-2026 academic year began with energy and enthusiasm at Binulasan Integrated School as students, teachers, and staff gathered on June 16, 2025, for a memorable first day. Led by the Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) officers, the day commenced promptly at 6:35 AM, embodying the schoolโ€™s commitment to punctuality and discipline.
The morning assembly opened with a heartfelt address by School Head Maโ€™am Rosalie A. Salgo, who greeted the community with her signature warmth. โ€œSa Paaralang Binulasan, ang galing at talento ay pinagyayaman (At the school of Binulasan, skills and talents are nurtured),โ€ she declared, echoing the schoolโ€™s mission to cultivate excellence.
