Nurturing Emotional Healing, Trust, and Resilience is a Student Well‑being Program (SWP) event of the Counseling and Testing Center that invites all students, with special focus on students who are Anak of OFWs, to come and be part of a caring and supportive space where emotional well‑being, trust, and resilience are gently nurtured—because every story matters and every student deserves support.

Please note that the following CITHM laboratory classes will remain in a face-to-face setup as scheduled: Kitchen Lab, F&B & Bar Management Classes

This SWP event has been specifically designed for you, CITHM 4th Year and Practicum students, with the objective to help you build confidence and sharpen your skills that will help you get ready for the world of work.

Today we celebrate 74 years of Lycean excellence and the 138th Birth Anniversary of Dr. Jose P. Laurel, whose vision laid the foundation of our university. His legacy of truth, courage, and service continues to inspire every Lycean to shape the future with purpose.

As we mark this milestone, we proudly carry our motto:
Pro Deo et Patria, Veritas et Fortitudo — For God and Country, Truth and Courage.

Here’s to continuing Dr. Laurel’s legacy and making a lasting impact together.
