GENTLE REMINDERS TO ALL SPIN MEDIA NEWS CORRESPONDENTS:
I want to set things straight to members of SPIN MEDIA especially those who are somehow getting impatient with regards to the implementation of various programs that we have identified and have introduced to the membership.

Please take note that the various programs such as: SPIN CORPORATE CHAPLAINCY, EMPLOYMENT ASSISTANCE & GENERATION PROGRAM, DISASTER RESCURE & RESPONSE PROGRAM, IMPLEMENTATION OF SPIN MEDIA – HIGHWAY PATROL GROUP AGREEMENT, among others are ADDED VALUE PROGRAMS, which means that their implementation is SECONDARY to the MAIN PRIORITY of SPIN MEDIA which are POSITIVE NEWS REPORTING and REDUCTION OF GRAFT & CORRUPTION.

Certainly, we will be implementing those various programs that we have listed as our core added value programs, but I want to encourage everyone to kindly remember the main focus of SPIN MEDIA, is Positive News Reporting and Reduction of Graft and Corruption.

Having said that, I want to ask those members who are getting impatient: what have you done in terms of fulfilling the main objectives of SPIN MEDIA? Have you maximize the preferential and psychological advantage of being a member of the Media? Have you introduced yourself to various local and national government entities and offered partnership with SPIN MEDIA? Have you initiated personal efforts to acquire additional knowledge in terms of news gathering and news reporting which we encourage everyone to do?

I understand that when you voluntarily join SPIN MEDIA, it is very clear what are our main advocacies. I must admit that we have long way to go with regards to building our capabilities in terms of training and organizational logistical development, but I want to assure everyone that we are moving forward even with extremely limited financial resources. In fact, I can honestly say that we have accomplished a lot in terms of SPIN MEDIA’s exposure and membership mobilization nationwide. Obviously, SPIN MEDIA is still a work in progress.

Gentlemen and Ladies of SPIN MEDIA, don’t be mistaken because I can assure everyone that as God provides the resources needed to implement our ADDED VALUE PROGRAMS, we will aggressively pursue all of those.

I hope that I have clarify this matter clearly to everyone.
