Jimmy Butler has reportedly reached out to the Warriors front office to understand what their plan is 😶

“In that ESPN article, they mentioned that Draymond Green and Jimmy have checked in and reached out to Jonathan kuminga. I can confidently say that Jimmy Butler has also reached out to the team and been like, ‘what’s going on here? I just wanted to know the plan.’”

The Warriors currently have just 9 players on their roster with their first preseason game starting in 18 days.

Jonathan Kuminga turned down a three-year, $75.2M deal with a team option in the 3rd season at Golden State.

He is ‘miserable’, Tim MacMahon reports.

The forward “really wants” to play for the Kings and has “zero interest” in playing for the Warriors again.

“The Kings told Kuminga they view him as an All-Star forward who will receive a high usage rate under head coach Doug Christie, sources said. That was music to Kuminga’s ears," via Dallas Hoops Journal.

But, Golden State isn’t interested in what Sacramento is offering in sign-and-trade talks.

With training camp just two weeks away, the Warriors only have nine of their 15 roster spots officially filled.

Kuminga is the domino that triggers the rest of their plans.
