Police Non-Commissioned Officer (PNCO) in the Philippine National Police (PNP) is a uniformed personnel ranked below Police Lieutenant. PNCOs include ranks from Patrolman/Patrolwoman up to Police Executive Master Sergeant. They perform frontline law enforcement duties such as patrols, investigations, arrests, and public safety operations.
