The Digital Transformation Office (DTO) of Sulu State College conducted a stakeholder meeting with the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) to support the planning and development of the institutionโs Human Resource Information System. The meeting was held in collaboration with the HRMO, headed by Ms. Sherryl Kathleen Muddasil, HRMO, together with the HR Office staff.
The discussion primarily revolved around the attendance management component of the proposed HR system. Key points included defining functional requirements for time-in/time-out monitoring, biometric device integration, overtime recording, exception handling, and the generation of accurate attendance reports. The dialogue emphasized the importance of reliability, data accuracy, policy alignment, and streamlined workflows to enhance workforce management and administrative efficiency.
This collaborative engagement underscores the shared commitment of the Digital Transformation Office and the Human Resource Management Office of Sulu State College to implement responsive and sustainable digital solutions that strengthen institutional operations.
