𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐑𝐄𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐃𝐔𝐋𝐄 𝐎𝐅 𝐆𝐑𝐀𝐃𝐔𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 𝐅𝐑𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐒 & 𝐇𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐂𝐎𝐏𝐈𝐄𝐒

This is to inform all graduates that starting today, July 9 until Friday, July 11, 2025, DHID Photography Studio will conduct the final and last release of graduation frames, lackings, additional orders, and replacements.

📦 IMPORTANT:
All unclaimed frames and materials after this period will be returned to DHID Studio in Davao City. Graduates will then have two options:

1. Pick-up at DHID Studio (Davao City) – Requires authorization letter if claimed by a representative.

2. Delivery via Courier – Shipping costs will be shouldered by the graduate.

RELEASING SCHEDULE OF GRADUATION PICTORIAL FRAMES AND HARD COPIES

Graduation pictorial frames and printed hard copies will be ready for claiming from June 16 to 20, 2025.

The claiming schedule will depend on the date of your graduation portrait session. Please refer to the image below for the detailed schedule.

📍 Venue: USG Building (in front of the OSA Building)
🕗 Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🔖 Requirements: Bring your official receipt or School ID upon claiming.

In response to your enthusiasm and heartfelt desire to make your graduation more meaningful, we are granting a 1-week extension for payments for the Yearbook and Graduation Portrait Frames, including upgrades to previously chosen packages.

Yearbook Payment Now Open – Starting May 5, 2025

You may now settle your yearbook payment starting today, May 5, 2025. Official receipts will be issued upon payment.

Please proceed to the USMECCO Building, located in front of the Alumni House, from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Deadline for payment is May 23, 2025.

You may begin paying for your Tanglaw Yearbook at the 𝐔𝐒𝐌𝐄𝐂𝐂𝐎 Office from May 5, 2025 until May 23, 2025.

💸 Amount: PHP 1,775.00

✅ Official receipts will be issued upon payment.
📝 Note: The yearbook pricing was approved during the student-parent meeting. At PHP 1,775.00, this is one of the most affordable options available.

For Salay portrait, senior undergraduate students are advised to utilize Barong Tagalog for men and conservative Filipiñana wear for women. Below is the detailed guide for attires perfectly fitting to your Salay portrait.

Pictorials will start on Monday, January 27, at Kundo E. Pahm Learning Resource Center (KEPLRC) Audio-Visual Room. Refer to your college editor for your schedule.

Graduation pictorials for all graduating students are fast approaching. Here are the schedules for Salay and Toga portrait pictorials.

For USM-Main Campus graduates, pictorials will be held at the Kundo E. Pahm Learning Resource Center (KEPLRC) Audio-Visual Room. For those from external campuses (Mlang, Aleosan, and Libungan), pictorials will be held at your respective campuses.

The Editorial Staff of the Tanglaw Yearbook 2024 is pleased to announce that you can start claiming your yearbook tomorrow, January 16, 2024, at the OSA Building. Please bring a valid ID. If you have a receipt, kindly bring it as well. However, if you don’t have the receipt, you can still claim your yearbook with just a valid ID.
