Malacañang Palace has officially declared Wednesday, May 27, 2026, as a Regular Holiday nationwide in observance of Eid’l Adha or the Feast of Sacrifice through Proclamation No. 1264.

The declaration was signed by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. following the recommendation of the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos based on the Islamic Lunar Calendar.

Eid’l Adha is considered one of the most important feasts in Islam and is observed by Muslim communities across the country.
