CONGRATULATIONS, PKKK RIC BARMAFPWA REPRESENTING RIC DISTRICT 6! 🏆

The Accomplishment Report of RIC District 6 proudly clinched 1st Place as Best Presenter / Best Presentation during the 2025 Provincial RIC Year-End Assessment held at Mambukal Resort and Wildlife Sanctuary, Minoyan, Murcia, Negros Occidental. 👏👏👏
We are especially proud of our District Presenter, a first-timer from PKKK RIC BARMAFPWA, Bantayan, Kabankalan City — Mrs. Irene David Colimbo — for an outstanding and confident presentation. Well done!

💚 Celebrating Empowered Rural Women! 💜

A successful 5th Provincial Rural Women Summit was held today, October 15, 2025, at Negros Residences, Bacolod City, in celebration of International Rural Women’s Day!

Proud moment for PKKK RIC BARMAFPWA (Inday sa Bantayan) of Brgy. Bantayan, Kabankalan City, led by Chairwoman Ma. Corazon D. Regla, as an official nominee for the Search for the Most Outstanding RIC Organization in the Province! 💐

This inspiring event was spearheaded by the Provincial Government of Negros Occidental under Gov. Eugenio Jose “B**g” Lacson, through the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist headed by Doc Dina Gensola (OIC Provincial Agriculturist), Doc Teena Pineda (Home Management Division Specialist), and Ma’am Maria Elena G. Ortega (RIC Provincial Coordinator). 💚

Heartfelt thanks to the City Agriculture Office headed by Sir Ricky R. Muscosa and Ma’am Ma. Teresa B. Alic (RIC City Coordinator), the support of Brgy. Captain Manuel Antoniego Jr. & Council, and Sir Freddie Mediadero of the Philippine Army for their unwavering encouragement!
