LOOK| The annual ANO Day seminar recognized achievements today, April 5, 2025, with the Junior Professional Criminologists Association of the Philippines (JPCAP) shining brightly.

Heartfelt congratulations to our phenomenal Junior Professional Criminologist Association of the Philippines (JPCAP) organization for radiating excellence and claiming the prestigious "BEST COMMUNITY EXTENSION AWARD" and a remarkable SECOND PLACE IN BEST PERFORMING ORGANIZATION AWARD!"

This monumental feat is a testament to the organization's unwavering commitment, unrelenting passion, and tireless dedication to service, made possible by the visionary leadership and steadfast support of NDMC-CCJE Dean Dr. Melvie F. Bayog, CST. Under the expert guidance of Adviser Mrs. Wellme F. Eco-Parreño, RCRIM, and the transformative leadership of JPCAP President Catherine Ondoy Roa, JPCAP has consistently soared to new heights, embodying the pinnacle of excellence.

This double win shows JPCAP's dedication to both community service and organizational excellence, and serves as an inspiration to others. We are utterly thrilled and immensely proud of this extraordinary accomplishment, reflecting the organization's profound impact on the community.

On 18 June 2024, the CCJE Department had a memorable journey with a perfectly planned seminar and team-building event within the campus premises. The Seminar was conducted at the Primera Function Hall, which is inside the campus. The day was filled with loads of fun but also gave moments for bonding among the team and personal growth. Skills acquisition is provided to students through practical hands-on workshops termed the seminar. Mr. Jonel D. Ramirez shared his experience as an illustration. This was, therefore, an event building the next generation of leaders with relevant skills and knowledge to achieve gains in communal and other spheres of life. Through structured activities and open communication, leaders can identify and leverage individual strengths, enhancing overall group performance. This process not only strengthens professional relationships but also cultivates a shared sense of purpose and direction.

The Notre Dame of Midsayap College hosted a comprehensive event aimed at empowering the community with essential knowledge and skills. The seminar and workshop focused on the role and responsibilities of Barangay Peacekeeping Action Teams (BPAT) and self-defense techniques, including Arnis and weapon training. The program was a collaborative effort between the College of Criminal Justice Education Faculty and staff, Community Extention Service, Supreme Student Government, JPCAP Officers, and the NDMC ROTC Unit. The event emphasized the importance of community empowerment through both proactive peacekeeping efforts by BPAT members and individual self-defense proficiency. As a way of expressing gratitude, groceries were distributed to all BPAT members and to the Barangay Salunayan and Central Glad. The collaborative efforts of all stakeholders involved highlighted the significance of proactive community engagement in ensuring peace and security at the barangay level.
