SYNOPSIS: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Storm "KRISTINE" {TRAMI} was estimated based on all available data at 360 km East of Infanta, Quezon (15.0°N, 125.0°E) with maximum sustained winds of 85 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 105 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 25 km/h.

FORECAST:

The whole Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro will have rains and gusty winds due to TS Kristine.

The whole Visayas, Palawan including Kalayaan Islands, and Occidental Mindoro will experience strong winds from Northwest to Southwest with rough seas.
