2 Kings 4:23

The Shunammite Woman was a faithful and generous woman who showed kindness to the prophet Elisha by preparing a room for him in her home. When her promised son later died, she chose to trust God despite her grief. With unwavering faith, she declared, "It shall be well," and sought the prophet, through whom the Lord miraculously restored her son to life. Her story teaches us to trust the Lord even in life's most difficult moments.

King Josiah chose to follow the Lord with all his heart, even when the world around him had forgotten the Lord’s ways. His example reminds us that it’s never too late to return to God and make righteous choices.

“And he did that which was right in the sight of the Lord… and turned not aside to the right hand or to the left.” — 2 Kings 22:2

What is one way you can follow the Lord more faithfully this week? Share your thoughts in the comments.

Prayer doesn’t just change situations, it changes hearts.
As we pray, God strengthens us, gives us peace, and helps us become who He knows we can be. Sometimes the miracle begins inside us first.
How has prayer changed you?

We hear the "70 times 7" rule and immediately think of forgiving that person who hurt us, or that family member who never apologized.

But we often forget that the commandment to forgive includes the person looking back at us in the mirror.

If the Savior tells us to forgive others indefinitely, why do we think He would demand any less from us when it comes to our own mistakes?

If you are still beating yourself up for something you did years ago, or even yesterday, extend that same "70 times 7" mercy to your own heart today.
