TOP 5 MOST WANTED SA WESTERN VISAYAS, ARESTADO SA CARLES, ILOILO

Naaresto ng Carles Municipal Police Station at ng 2nd Iloilo Provincial Mobile Force Company ang ikalima sa listahan ng pinaka-wanted na personalidad sa Western Visayas dahil sa dalawang kaso ng paglabag sa Section 10(A) ng Republic Act 7610 o Child Prostit*tion and Other Sex*al Abuse, bandang alas-10:58 ng umaga nitong Nobyembre 7, 2025, sa Brgy. Poblacion, Carles, Iloilo.

Kinilala ang suspek sa alyas na “Ayat”, 39-anyos, isang magsasaka, at residente ng nasabing bayan.

Siya ay inaresto sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inilabas ng Branch 66 ng Sixth Judicial Region sa Barotac Viejo, Iloilo noong Nobyembre 6, 2025. May rekumendadong piyansang ₱80,000 kada bilang para sa pansamantalang kalayaan ng akusado.

Dagdag pa niya, ipinakikita ng naturang operasyon ang walang humpay na paghahangad ng hustisya ng PRO6 at ang kanilang misyon na linisin ang komunidad laban sa mga kriminal na banta sa kaligtasan ng publiko.

Sa kasalukuyan, nasa kustodiya ng Carles MPS ang suspek para sa tamang disposisyon ng kanyang kaso.

TRACK AND INTENSITY OUTLOOK
• It must be emphasized that heavy rainfall, severe winds, and storm surge may still be experienced in localities outside the landfall point and the forecast confidence cone. Refer to “Other Hazards affecting Land Areas” for more details. Furthermore, the track may still shift within the limit of the forecast confidence cone.
• UWAN is forecast to move west northwestward until Monday (10 November) before turning generally north northwestward by Tuesday (11 November). On the track forecast, the center of UWAN may make landfall over the southern portion of Isabela or the northern portion of Aurora tomorrow (09 November) late evening or Monday early morning. After landfall, UWAN will traverse the mountainous terrain of Northern Luzon and emerge over the West Philippine Sea on Monday morning or afternoon.
• UWAN is forecast to rapidly intensify and may reach super typhoon category tonight or tomorrow morning. It may also make landfall at or near its peak lifetime intensity. The interaction with the terrain will cause UWAN to weaken, but it is expected to remain as a typhoon throughout its passage over Northern Luzon and West Philippine Sea.

Considering these developments, the public and disaster risk reduction and management offices concerned are advised to take all necessary measures to protect life and property. Persons living in areas identified to be highly or very highly susceptible to these hazards are advised to follow evacuation and other instructions from local officials. For heavy rainfall warnings, thunderstorm/rainfall advisories, and other severe weather information specific to your area, please monitor products issued by your local PAGASA Regional Services Division.

• Up to 4.5 m: The northern seaboards of Camarines Sur and Northern Samar; the eastern seaboards of Albay, Sorsogon, and Eastern Samar.
• Sea travel is risky for all types or tonnage of vessels. All mariners must remain in port or, if underway, seek shelter or safe harbor as soon as possible until winds and waves subside.

Up to rough seas over the following coastal waters:
• Up to 4.0 m: The seaboard of Isabela; eastern seaboards of mainland Cagayan, Dinagat Islands, and Siargao and Bucas Grande Islands; the northern and eastern seaboards of Polillo Islands.
• Up to 3.5 m: The seaboards of Batanes, Babuyan Islands, Ilocos Sur, Aurora, northern mainland Quezon; the eastern seaboards of Camarines Sur and Surigao del Sur; the western seaboard of Pangasinan; the remaining seaboards of Catanduanes
• Up to 3.0 m: The northern seaboard of mainland Cagayan, the eastern seaboard of Davao Oriental; the remaining seaboard of Ilocos Region.
• Mariners of small seacrafts, including all types of motorbancas, are advised not to venture out to sea under these conditions, especially if inexperienced of operating ill-equipped vessels.

Up to moderate to rough seas over the following coastal waters:
• Up to 2.5 m: The southern seaboard of Samar; the eastern seaboards of Leyte, Southern Leyte, and Davao Occidental; the northern and western seaboards of Dinagat Islands; the remaining seaboard of Eastern Samar
• Up to 2.0 m: The seaboard of Zambales, Marinduque, Kalayaan Islands, Antique, Biliran, Zamboanga del Norte, and Sarangani; the western seaboards of Lubang Islands and Calamian Islands; the western and southern seaboards of Negros Oriental; the southwestern seaboard of Negros Occidental; the northern seaboard of Romblon and Leyte; the remaining seaboards of Bicol Region, Quezon, Northern Samar, Samar, and Caraga Region.
• Mariners of motorbancas and similarly sized vessels are advised to take precautionary measures while venturing out to sea and, if possible, avoid navigation under these conditions.

TRACK AND INTENSITY OUTLOOK
• It must be emphasized that heavy rainfall, severe winds, and storm surge may still be experienced in localities outside the landfall point and the forecast confidence cone. Refer to “Other Hazards affecting Land Areas” for more details. Furthermore, the track may still shift within the limit of the forecast confidence cone.
• UWAN is forecast to move west northwestward until Monday (10 November) before turning generally north northwestward by Tuesday (11 November). On the track forecast, the center of UWAN may make landfall over the southern portion of Isabela or the northern portion of Aurora on Sunday (09 November) late evening or Monday early morning. After landfall, UWAN will traverse the mountainous terrain of Northern Luzon and emerge over the West Philippine Sea on Monday morning or afternoon.
• UWAN is forecast to rapidly intensify and may reach super typhoon category tomorrow evening or Sunday morning. It may also make landfall at or near its peak lifetime intensity. The interaction with the terrain will cause UWAN to weaken, but it is expected to remain as a typhoon throughout its passage over Northern Luzon and West Philippine Sea.

Considering these developments, the public and disaster risk reduction and management offices concerned are advised to take all necessary measures to protect life and property. Persons living in areas identified to be highly or very highly susceptible to these hazards are advised to follow evacuation and other instructions from local officials. For heavy rainfall warnings, thunderstorm/rainfall advisories, and other severe weather information specific to your area, please monitor products issued by your local PAGASA Regional Services Division.

HISTORY

Ang Energy FM Kalibo ay dating Bay Radio na binuksan noong Abril 2010 upang maghatid ng mga musika sa mga taga-pakinig. Kalaunan ay nakilala rin itong Kasimanwa Radyo ng magsimula itong magkaaroon ng mga programang balitaan at pang-serbisyo publiko.

Itinatag ang himpilan ng radyong ito dahil na rin sa interes ng may-ari na si Apolonio Zaraspe III sa industriya ng pamamahayag at sa layuning makapaglingkod sa taumbayan.

Nakilala ni Zaraspe ang noo’y nagtratrabaho rin sa isa pang istasyon ng radyo na si Rodelio Lomibao at nabuo ang hangaring maitayo ang Bay Radio Kalibo.
