One of the best sea of clouds we’ve seen here in Luzon - and we didn’t even hike.

We drove up (cars and motorcycles can reach it!) to Pacaoan Sea of Clouds in Sugpon, Ilocos Sur, and watched the ridges disappear under a blanket of clouds right after sunrise. 🌄

For those planning to visit Ilocos Sur anytime soon, we recommend visiting this spot early in the morning for that beautiful “cloud ocean” moment.

☕️ Right beside Chango View Point is a cafe with its own view point from the balcony.

🙇 It was still closed during my visit but the guide knows the owner and opened the view deck for me."
