In line with the celebration of Kidapawan Doctors College, Inc.’s 14th Foundation Anniversary, the KDCI Employee Recognition Program was successfully held on May 07, 2026, at Casa de Oro / Dampa sa Kidapawan. The evening became a heartfelt celebration dedicated to honoring the hard work, commitment, and invaluable contributions of the institution’s employees who continuously uphold the mission and excellence of KDCI.

The event gathered employees, staff, faculty members, Supreme Student Council (SSC), Supreme Student Government (SSG), department governors, and representatives in one vibrant and unforgettable celebration. Filled with laughter, appreciation, and camaraderie, the program created an atmosphere where everyone was able to relax, connect, and celebrate the achievements of the KDCI community together.

One of the highlights of the evening was the awarding ceremony, where employees proudly received their respective awards in recognition of their dedication and service to the institution. The moment became a symbol of gratitude for the countless efforts they have poured into shaping students, strengthening the institution, and contributing to the continued success of KDCI throughout the years.

Beyond the awards and recognition, the celebration was also filled with joy and entertainment that made the night even more memorable. From shared smiles to heartfelt applause, the gathering reflected the strong bond and unity within the KDCI family. A new chapter in leadership unfolded as the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) formally conducts its Turnover Ceremony on May 6, 2026, at the Social Hall, marking a significant transition in leadership and a renewed commitment to student-centered service.

The event formally transferred responsibilities, functions, and accountabilities from the 𝒐𝒖𝒕𝒈𝒐𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑶𝑺𝑨 𝑯𝒆𝒂𝒅, 𝑨𝒕𝒕𝒚. 𝑱𝒆𝒎𝒖𝒆𝒍 𝑬. 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒍𝒐𝒔, to the incoming head which symbolized not only the conclusion of one leadership term but also the beginning of another, grounded in continuity and growth.

Office Heads, Supreme Student Council (SSC) Officers, Department Officers, and personnel from the Student Affairs and Services (SAS) Office gathered to witness the occasion, underscoring the importance of unity and shared responsibility in sustaining effective student services.

In his message, Atty. Carlos reflected on his journey of leadership and encouraged student leaders to remain steadfast despite challenges, urging them to lead with purpose and integrity. He emphasized the importance of standing for one’s team, supporting both the Office of Student Affairs and the institution’s management, and continuously finding ways to expand student services and showcase student talents.

“𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝑲𝑫𝑪𝑰’𝒔 𝒈𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒔𝒆,” he said.

This powerful reminder captured the essence of his message, placing students at the heart of the institution’s mission and future.

The turnover ceremony stood not just as a formal handover but a testament to accountability, trust, and the enduring mission of serving the student body. With new leadership at the helm, the OSA community looks ahead to strengthened initiatives and a more empowered student experience.

The incoming 4th Year Medical Laboratory Science interns of Kidapawan Doctors College Inc. engaged in a three-day retreat from April 23 to 25, 2026, held at Our Mother of Perpetual Help Shrine and Retreat Center in Binoligan, Kidapawan City. This event offered a chance for introspection, spiritual rejuvenation, and a break from academic duties.

The retreat was not just a period of relaxation and contemplation; it also played a significant role in cultivating more 𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙙, 𝙘𝙤𝙝𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙫𝙚, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙪𝙧𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙚-𝙙𝙧𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙣 future medical laboratory professionals prepared to serve with dedication and empathy.

The Lakbay KDCI Institutional Outreach Program was successfully held on April 23, 2026, in Barangay Mua-an, Kidapawan City, bringing together faculty members, department officers, and student leaders from the Supreme Student Council (SSC) and Supreme Student Government (SSG). United by a shared purpose, the group worked hand in hand to extend meaningful service and build stronger connections with the local community.

The outreach included the distribution of essential goods such as rice, food packs, groceries, school supplies, medicines, and hygiene kits, along with free haircut services for residents. The Medical Technology (Medtech) department also demonstrated proper handwashing techniques, the Nursing department raised awareness on hypertension, and the Psychology department shared valuable mental health tips, promoting overall health and well-being.

To further engage the residents, especially children, fun-filled parlor games were organized, bringing joy and energy to the event. More than just an outreach activity, the program highlighted the spirit of unity, compassion, and service among the KDCI community, reflecting the institution’s commitment to making a positive impact beyond the classroom.

The department’s dynamic street dance performance lit up the stage and captivated the audience, while their entries in visual arts and photography conveyed both technical skill and emotional depth. Their original musical composition further highlighted their artistic ingenuity, reinforcing their stronghold throughout the competition.

Energy, creativity, and excellence took center stage as Kidapawan Doctors College, Inc. celebrated its 14th Foundation Anniversary on April 16–17, 2026. The two-day event transformed the grounds into a vibrant showcase of talent, where students from various departments competed, performed, and proved that KDCI is a home of outstanding skill and passion.

Leading the celebration of victories, the Medical Technology Department emerged as a dominant force, excelling in Flyer Making, Street Dance, On-the-Spot Painting, Song Composition, and Mobile Photography—an undeniable display of creativity and consistency.

The Psychology Department impressed us with their versatility, securing wins in Booth Making and Acoustic Competition.

Not to be outdone, the Pharmacy Department captured attention with their bold and innovative performances, taking top honors in the Drag Queen Showdown and Promotional Video.

The Nursing Department electrified the stage with their winning performance in the K-pop/P-pop category and Idol Showdown, along with the Music Video Competition.

Lastly, the Senior High School Department moved hearts and minds through their champion piece in Spoken Poetry.

More than just a competition, KDCI’s 14th Foundation Anniversary was a powerful celebration of unity, artistry, and school pride. Each performance and creation reflected the dedication and spirit of its students, leaving a lasting mark of inspiration.
