the Theory of Multiple Intelligences tells us that each person excels differently. some of you may not good in math, but you are good when it comes to social interaction. maybe you may not be skilled in music, but you are proficient in sports. and this concept teach us that if you're not skilled in one thing, it simply means you thrive in another.

each one of us are gifted, perhaps these gifts are still unwrapped. and it's up to us to open and discover what skills we have inside.

I used to rely heavily on others for my happiness, not realizing that I am the only one who can truly make myself happy.

For years, I hoped people would always be there for me, so I wouldn't feel alone and could find joy. But I've learned that nothing lasts forever. So, I chose to stop depending on others.

As time passed, I learned to soothe my own sorrows and cope with pain. It's been a journey, and I'm still learning, but I've made great progress. Now, I can say with confidence that I am my own best friend.

Cherish and treat yourself with the kindness you'd show your dearest friend. You deserve the same love you offer to others, and no one can love you quite like you can. it

Hug your parents,
hold them tight,
and cherish every moment with them.
My dad left me without saying goodbye,
without a warning,
without a chance to tell him
how much I loved him.
He was here one day,
and gone the next.
I was left with only tears, regret,
and a heart full of longing.
I wished I had spent more time with him, listened to him more,
hugged him tighter.
But life doesn't give us second chances,
and I was left with only memories.

I remember the last time I saw him,
I was rushing out the door,
busy with my own life,
and I didn't even give him a proper goodbye.
I didn't know it would be
the last time I'd see him.
If only I could go back in time,
I would have stayed a little longer,
held him a little tighter,
and told him how much he meant to me.

But I can't turn back the clock,
and all I'm left with is the ache of regret.
So, please,
don't make the same mistake I did.
Hug your parents,
tell them you love them,
and cherish every moment with them.
Because, trust me, you never know when it might be your last chance.

I hope this expanded version
conveys the emotional importance
of cherishing time with loved ones
and appreciating them while
they're still here.
