Good Friday βοΈ
Today, we are reminded of the profound act of salvation, how Jesus took the place meant for us.
Like Barabbas, we were the ones set free, not because we deserved it, but because Christ chose to bear the suffering on our behalf. The innocent was condemned so the guilty could live.
His sacrifice reveals the depth of Godβs love, a love willing to endure pain, rejection, and death to offer us redemption. Realizing that we are the Barabbas in the story humbles our hearts and calls us to live a life of gratitude, repentance, and compassion.
May His sacrifice inspire us to turn away from sin and embrace the grace freely given, remembering that we are saved not by our own merit, but by His mercy.
