Today, we honor the bravery and sacrifice of those who fought hard so we could be free. But freedom also means facing our truth, we have seen hard days; the weight of corruption that steals progress, strong typhoons and disasters that shake our lands, and the growing harm to our nature that threatens our home. Even so, we should remember that our heroes did not fight for a perfect country, but for a free one where we can stand, speak, and rise again.

This is why we must hold tight to unity, resilience, and true love for our nation. Being a proud Filipino means caring enough to do better, standing against what is wrong, helping one another when storms come, and protecting the land that gives us life. Let us turn our struggles into strength, and keep working for the free, honest, and thriving Philippines our heroes dreamed of.

𝖯𝖺𝖺𝗅𝖺𝗅𝖺 din 𝗌𝖺 𝖻𝖺𝗐𝖺𝗍 𝗂𝗌𝖺 na maging maingat at handa ang lahat sa anumang posibleng pagyanig. Nawa’y magkaisa tayo sa pagdarasal at pagtutulungan, upang ang bawat tahanan ay manatiling ligtas at payapa.

Muling makakabangon ang bawat isa, ang 𝖺𝗍𝗂𝗇𝗀 panalangin ay magsilbing sandigan at pag-asa 𝗌a tulong ng Diyos, malalampasan natin ang anumang pagsubok na dala ng kalikasan.

With dedication, perseverance, and academic excellence, the institution once again proved its commitment in shaping future educators who are ready to inspire and lead the next generation.

The Bachelor of Technology-Livelihood Education major in Information and Communication Technology achieved a remarkable 100% passing rate, a testament to the hard work and determination of the graduates, faculty members, and administrators who continuously strive for excellence in the field of education.

Moreover, the institution recorded an impressive 80.65% passing rate among first-time takers, surpassing the national passing rate of 67.17%. This achievement reflects the quality of instruction, discipline, and unwavering commitment of the College in producing competent and globally competitive educators.

This success stands as a symbol of perseverance, sacrifice, and passion for learning. Behind every passer is a story of sleepless nights, countless sacrifices, and relentless determination to achieve their dreams and serve the nation through education.

As the College of Teacher Education continues to rise and excel, this milestone serves as an inspiration to aspiring educators to pursue their dreams with courage, dedication, and purpose.
