ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
1. ) Check your name on the MASTERLIST. This is in ALPHABETICAL ORDER based on your LAST NAME.
2. ) If your name is there, do ONLINE REGISTRATION (see first picture) at https://bbmserbisyo.dswd.gov.ph (BBM Services) and do the following:
I. Open the website and answer the questions

II. After verification, something will come out
ID VERIFICATION, screenshot it. It's okay not to wait for OTP.
III. When your verification ERRORS and there is an error: "Sorry! We could not find your record. “This is what I’m going to SCREENSHOT.
IV. IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE PRINTED THE SCREENSHOT.
3. ) Bring the CELLPHONE your SCREENSHOT is SAVED.
4. ) Bring a PHOTOCOPY of your TWO (2) GOVERNMENT ISSUED IDs (back to back). Put THREE (3) signatures per photocopy of ID. Write this too with your ACTIVE CONTACT NUMBER.
