Important Public Announcement!

Re: Diagnostic Tests

Effective today, March 2, 2026, the No Balance Billing (NBB) Funds for EXTERNAL DIAGNOSTIC TESTS (done outside the hospital) for admitted patients have been depleted. The initial proposed NBB funds were significantly reduced and this reduced resource was quickly exhausted. There is NO AVAILABLE MAIFIP funds as of this time.

All diagnostic procedures for ER and OPD patients, including blood screening fees, will also be paid by patients until further notice. Reimbursement will be processed subject to availability of funds.

Updates will be provided once funds become available. We thank you for your understanding .

The Out Patient Department will be CLOSED tomorrow, February 17, 2026, in observance of the Chinese New Year declared as SPECIAL NON-WORKING HOLIDAY.

The OPD will resume operations on the February 18, 2026.

Public Advisory:
The OPD will be closed on December 8 Monday (Special-Non Working Holiday).

The Emergency Room is open 24 hours for Emergency cases.

PUBLIC ADVISORY!
*Temporary Limitations on Medical Assistance to Indigent & Financially Incapacitated Patients (MAIFIP) Program

Due to a surge in OPD,ER,& inpatient cases resulting in limited funds, the Medical assistance Program for indigent & financially incapacitated patients will be temporarily restricted effective on Monday Oct 27,2025.- Bills for ER and OPD patients as well as cost for take -home medicines must be paid by patients/family. Priority will be given to inpatients to ensure compliance with the PhilHealth No Balance Billing (NBB) policy. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
