✨ CANVA SKILLS TRAINING: SUCCESS! ✨

Last September 21, 2026, The Junior Marketing Manager's Association (JMMA) successfully conducted a seminar titled, "CREATING IMPACT: Canva Skills Training for Marketing Students" at the Multi-Purpose Function Hall, CBM Building 4th floor.

The event ran smoothly from start to finish, with the guidance of the Masters of Ceremony Ms. Aya Mae Hangdaan and Ms. Jheraint Drew Guimbungan. The seminar started with an opening prayer led by Ms. Alvrean Mae Bongtiwon, then followed by a warm opening remarks from the JMMA adviser Ma’am Crystelle Joy Santos. Later on, Mr. Christian Huagon introduced the guest speaker, Mr. Joe Dominic Manalo, who led the participants through two informative sessions. The seminar dive into Canva tools, design tips, and hands-on practice where the participants got to create their own product flyers. After the awarding of certificate and group photos, the JMMA Mayor, Ms. Jaysylyn Bognadon gave the closing remarks while Ms. Perry Jane Kihao led the closing prayer to conclude the event.

Huge thanks to Mr. Joe Dominic Manalo for sharing his time and skills with us. We learned so much! To the participants, organizers, organization adviser and the College of Business and Management (CBM) thank you for your support active participation, and making this event a success.

LEADING WITH PURPOSE, UNITING AS ONE!

The Junior Marketing Management Association (JMMA) successfully conducted its 1st General Assembly for BSBA Major in Marketing Management for Academic Year 2026–2027 on September 09, 2026, held at the Multi-Purpose Hall, CBM Building, 4th Floor.

The event opened with a prayer and welcoming remarks from our College Dean, Sir John G. Pagadut, followed by the formal presentation of the newly elected JMMA Officers and inspiring words from our Class Advisers Ma'am Crystelle Joy Santos and Ma'am Crizza Mahjen. The program continued with the message of commitment from JMMA Mayor, Ms. Jaysylyn Bognadon, the financial transparency report from Finance Officer Ms. Sheryn Dinamling, and the comprehensive presentation of by-laws, projects, activities, and action plans by the Mayor together with Vice-Mayor Ms. Jheraint Drew Guimbungan. An open forum followed to hear concerns and suggestions from the student body, before closing with remarks from Ma'am Rozelyn Buyuccan, BSBA Chairperson.

The JMMA officers extend our deepest gratitude to the College of Business and Management, our dedicated faculty advisers, and every Marketing Management student who attended, participated, and shared honest feedback to help us grow. Special thanks also to our Masters of Ceremony, Mr. Mark Uyammi and Ms. Jayzle Khate Langdew for guiding the program smoothly.

This assembly marks the beginning of a new chapter — one built on transparency, collaboration, and shared purpose. Together, we grow, serve, and lead as one Marketing family. 💛✨
