This remarkable achievement was showcased during the 𝐏𝐀𝐍 𝐏𝐫𝐞-𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓: 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 held at 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐥𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐇𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐥, last 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓. The Research Poster was also showcased during the 𝐏𝐀𝐍 𝟕𝟖𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 last August 19–20, 2025, reaching various stakeholders, researchers, nutritionists, and health professionals from across the country💡

PSU-CPSCH Strengthens Presence at the 23rd Regional Inter-CJE Skills Olympics

With the theme “Bicolano Resilience: Advancing Academic Excellence and Inspiring Leadership,” the 23rd Annual Regional Inter-CJE Skills Olympics unfolded last April 28–30, 2025, at Our Lady of Lourdes College Foundation in Daet, Camarines Norte.

Representing Partido State University, the College of Public Safety and Community Health (CPSCH) actively took part in this prestigious academic and field-based competition. Led by its Dean, Ms. Shirlene S. Esplana, who also serves as the President of the Regional Council of Deans for Criminology and Criminal Justice Education (CJE), CPSCH marked a distinguished presence as she delivered the Opening Remarks of the regional event.

Throughout the three-day skills Olympics, CPSCH students—alongside faculty members and coaches—engaged in a series of competitions, including Crime Scene Processing, Firefighting, Mr. and Ms. CJE 2025, and the Quiz Bee Competition hosted by Chapter House Publishing Incorporated, among others.

As an annual convergence of criminology schools across the Bicol Region, the Inter-CJE Skills Olympics remains a vital platform to foster academic excellence, applied skills, leadership, and regional solidarity—values that Partido State University-CPSCH continues to uphold with pride.

The College of Public Safety and Community Health (CPSCH) honored its academic achievers and distinguished student-athletes during the Student Recognition Rites held at 1 PM at the PSU Gymnasium.

Academic excellence was highlighted with awardees from the 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐫𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲, 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐫 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐍𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐢𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬. Meanwhile, CPSCH 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭-𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐬 who excelled in the State Colleges and Universities Athletic Association (SCUAA) competitions were also recognized, with 𝐌𝐬. 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐀. 𝐏𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐨 receiving the Outstanding University Athlete of the Year award.

The event celebrated the dedication and achievements of students who have demonstrated academic excellence and athletic prowess, reinforcing CPSCH’s commitment to holistic student development.
