𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, 𝗖𝗣𝗦𝗖𝗛 𝗕𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀! 🔥

Fierce. Fearless. Competitive.

The College of Public Safety and Community Health (CPSCH) Black Panthers ferociously conquered the court and proudly brought home the 2𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫-𝐔𝐩 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞 in the Partido State University Intramurals 2025, held last October 13–17, 2025.

This year’s campaign ended with success as the Black Panthers secured a total of 80 medals — 16 Gold, 29 Silver, and 35 Bronze, across various sports events!

This remarkable and hard-fought achievement stands as a symbol of the unyielding determination, fiery passion, and unwavering teamwork of the entire CPSCH community. From our passionate and strong-willed student-athletes who gave their all on the court, the ever-supportive student body who cheered with pride, to our dedicated student organizations, coaches, trainers, faculty, and non-teaching personnel. Every hardship, every effort, and every drop of sweat led to this victory.

Additionally, we extend our heartfelt appreciation to our Sports Coordinator, Mr. Jannoel B. Palo, and our College Dean, Dr. Shirlene S. Esplana, whose consistent guidance, encouragement, and support fueled the Black Panthers’ spirit.

The Black Panthers continue to roar — stronger, prouder, and hungrier for success. 'Til the next ParSU Intramurals! 🐾

𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐒 𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 | CPSCH Men’s Volleyball Team Finishes 4th After Tough Battle Against CED

The CED Men’s Volleyball Team secured a clean 2–0 victory against CPSCH, showcasing well-coordinated offense and strong defense during the ParSU Intramurals 2025 held at the ParSU Grounds.

With this result, CPSCH concluded their journey in the Men’s Volleyball category, finishing in fourth place, while CED advanced to the finals to face CEC.

In the opening set, CED quickly took control, establishing an early 4–0 lead with powerful spikes and a solid net defense that limited CPSCH’s scoring opportunities. CPSCH Head Coach Harry Calalo called a timeout midway through the set to refocus his players and restore their composure.

In the second set, CPSCH saw a thin ray of life and honed their claws for the do-or-doe game as they led for the second set, 17-16. Unfortunately, the CED were to heavy for the CPSCH to handle and managed to finally sentence the match with a winning spinning points of their open spiker, 25-20.

Despite the loss, the Black Panthers displayed resilience and teamwork throughout the match. “Kulang kaya kami ning sarong spiker tsaka siguro dahil na man sa pagal,” shared Wimpy Beriso, reflecting on the team’s performance.

𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐒 𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 | CPSCH Women’s Futsal Rises to the Podium with a Bronze Finish

The CPSCH Women’s Futsal Team delivered an incredible performance during the recent futsal competition, defeating not just one but three colleges.

In their second game, the Black Panthers showcased an impressive performance, dominating the College of Hospitality and Tourism Management with a 4–2 victory on October 14, 2025.

During the third game, the Black Panthers continued their winning momentum, securing a decisive 3–0 victory against the College of Science on the same day.

In the fourth game, the team maintained their strong form, earning a 2–1 win against the College of Engineering and Computational Sciences on October 15, 2025.

However, during their first and last matches against the College of Education (CED) on October 13 and 16, 2025, the team put up a strong fight and showed remarkable determination. Despite their efforts, the games concluded with scores of 2–4 on October 13 and 3–4 on October 16, both in favor of CED.

Guided by Ma’am Nena Angela Vargas, the CPSCH Women’s Futsal Team demonstrated outstanding skill, hard work, determination, and teamwork throughout the competition. Their remarkable efforts earned them the bronze medal — a testament to their passion and dedication.

𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐒 𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 || CPSCH Emerged as the Silver Medalist in the Women’s Basketball Finals

The CPSCH Women’s Basketball Team, under the guidance of Coach Isiah Rhowinn F. Rojero, proudly brought home the silver medal after a tough match against the College of Engineering and Computational Sciences (CEC) during the Women’s Basketball Finals held at the ParSU Covered Court on October 17, 2025.

The women's basketball finals between the CPSCH and CEC players were intense and aggressive as they fought for the championship, which made the spectators' support equally enthusiastic and the cheers echoed from the sidelines.

Despite their solid teamwork and determination, the Black Panthers fell short against CEC’s tight defense and consistent shooting, ending the game with a final score of 90–78 in favor of CEC.

Emotions ran high after the match, especially for CPSCH player Mica Sarah A. D***l, who became emotional as it marked her final game with the CPSCH Women’s Basketball Team but they failed to bring home the gold medal.

𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐒 𝐔𝐏𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 || CPSCH Men’s Football Conquers the Field; 9–0 Triumph Over College of Science Secures a Bronze Finish

The CPSCH Men’s Football Team delivered an outstanding performance during the recent Intramurals 2025 football competition, showcasing their passion, teamwork, and athletic excellence. On October 15 at the ParSU Athletic Ground, the team made a powerful statement by defeating the College of Science with an overwhelming 9–0 victory—one of the most dominant wins of the tournament.

Leading the charge was Mr. Meliton, who displayed remarkable skill and precision, scoring five (5) goals throughout the match. His excellent field awareness, sharp passing, and accurate finishing were instrumental in securing the team’s commanding lead. Supported by equally determined teammates, the CPSCH squad exhibited superb coordination, solid defense, and unwavering focus, leaving their opponents little chance to recover.

Following a series of intense matches against other strong college teams, the CPSCH Men’s Football Team fought valiantly and ultimately earned the bronze medal—a well-deserved recognition of their hard work, perseverance, and sportsmanship. This is through the guidance of their dedicated coaches, Sir Ariel Barreda and Sir Clarson De Vera.

This achievement stands as a testament to the team’s dedication, unity, and determination to bring pride and honor to CPSCH. Congratulations to the CPSCH Men’s Football Team for their remarkable performance and inspiring display of the true Black Panther spirit.

The CPSCH Black Panthers displayed skill, determination, and teamwork in the Intramurals 2025 Sepak Takraw Tournament held at the ParSU Athletic Ground, earning bronze medals in both the men’s and women’s divisions under the guidance of Coach Allen Abundabar València.

The Women’s Division competed on October 15, 2025, with players Joan Cabile, Margarett Zambrano, Sheena Rose Bellca, and Maylie Atos. Despite their strong defense and teamwork, the team fell short against CEC, securing third place overall.

Meanwhile, the Men’s Division—composed of Christian Lagatic, Prince Von Lauron, Joejie Enciso, Bencent Karl Patricio, and Jay Cano—battled on October 16, 2025, showing impressive coordination and power. Though they faced a tough loss against CBM, their efforts also earned them a third-place finish.

The CPSCH Black Panthers delivered stellar performances in the Badminton Tournament during the Intramurals 2025 at the ParSU Gymnasium on October 17, 2025, showcasing agility, strategy, and teamwork that brought pride to the CPSCH community.

In the Badminton Singles A division, Bruce Ortua stood out with unwavering focus and control throughout his matches, ultimately claiming the championship after a dominant run against CHTM.

In the Badminton Singles B category, Dominic Reginaldo Biares showcased impressive consistency, finishing with bronze medal for CPSCH.

Meanwhile, in the Badminton Doubles, the duo of Matthew Rubosa and Francis Andrew Belleza demonstrated sharp coordination and determination. Their skillful plays earned them the bronze medal, still marking a strong finish in their category.

Under the mentorship of Coach Marc Armel Añonuevo, the CPSCH Black Panthers Badminton Team displayed exceptional sportsmanship and competitive spirit, bringing home medals that reflect their dedication and skills to the game.
