Lamut Covid 19 update:
These are the salient points of our Executive Order pertaining to the declaration of our region(CAR) under General Community Quarantine(GCQ).
The LGU of Lamut adheres to the general GCQ guidelines as provided for by our National IATF with some modifications being allowed by the aforesaid guidelines in consonance to the general guidelines of the EO of the provincial government. So we reiterate the same:
1. The movement of persons shall be limitted to accessing essential goods and services and for work in permitted industries or offices; MOVEMENT FOR LEISURE PURPOSES SHALL NOT BE ALLOWED;
2. Persons below 15 years old and 65 years old and above, including those with immunodeficiency, comorbidity and other health risks, and pregnant women are required to stay at home except when extremely necessary to go out;
3.Mass gatherings such as but not limitted to movie screening, concerts, sporting events, and other entertainment activities, community assemblies, and non-essential work gatherings are prohibited; and
4.Religious gatherings, limited to conduct of religious worship and/or service, shall be allowed up to 30% of the seating capacity provided that minimum public health standards, particularly social distancing and wearing of face masks are observed.
5.Gambling in all forms is suspended until further notice.
6.Penalties of violating the protocols on wearing of face masks and social distancing and such other prohibited activities shall be penalized under our local ordinance no.2020-19-08 known as "Localizing the new normal to prevent and control the transmission and spread of corona virus disease -19 in the municipality of Lamut.
This order shall take effect on February 1-28,2021.
