𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗮𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗮 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿/𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆. Who doesn't want to take a shower everyday when going to school/work? Because bathing is a basic need and you shouldn't forget it as bathing cleanses your body.

𝗪𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝗼𝗮𝗽 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘁. Who leaves their hands unwashed or uncleaned after using the restroom? That's gross, because not sanitizing your hands means that you allow the germs and bacteria to spread everywhere.

𝗕𝗿𝘂𝘀𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝘄𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗮 𝗱𝗮𝘆. Who becomes lazy when brushing their teeth? Your breath stinks! Because bad breath is a result of not taking good care of your oral health regularly and it is also unpleasant in personal contacts.

𝗖𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝘁𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲/𝘀𝗹𝗲𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝘀𝗻𝗲𝗲𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴. Who never covers when sneezing or coughing? That's rude when you're in front of other people because it's a health hazard for them. Sneezing and coughing can spread thousands of contagious germs that can cause illness.

𝗪𝗮𝘀𝗵 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗹𝘀. Who touches their dog and never washes their hands after? Because animals carry harmful germs that make people sick even when the animal looks healthy and clean.

𝐓𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐚 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐲 || Germs

On average, you encounter 300 surfaces every 30 minutes, exposing you to 840,000 germs. There are more germs on your phone and keyboard than your toilet seat. Germs can survive for up to three hours on your hands. Nearly 80 percent of illness-causing germs are spread by your hands. Hence, one germ can become eight million in a single day.

Imagine holding millions of germs that cause illnesses and diseases invisibly in your hands especially while you're in school and not aware, and then you're not likely to wash your hands every time. That means you've likely been exposed to 840,000 germs every 30 minutes. If there's one thing germs are good at, it's multiplying. It's no wonder that most illnesses are spread by hand!
