Garlic Shrimp & Broccoli Power Greens Bowl π¦π₯¦
A flavorful, nutrient-dense bowl loaded with sautΓ©ed garlic shrimp, roasted broccoli, crisp cucumbers, feta, and spinach topped with seeds for extra crunch. Clean, satisfying, and full of protein and greens.

10β12 medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 tsp olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
Β½ tsp chili flakes or smoked paprika (optional)
Β½ cup steamed or roasted broccoli florets
1 cup baby spinach or spring greens
ΒΌ cup cucumber, diced or sliced
1 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
1 tsp mixed seeds (h**p, sesame, or sunflower)
Salt & pepper to taste
Optional Dressing:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
ΒΌ tsp dijon mustard

1οΈβ£ Cook the Shrimp
Heat oil in a skillet. Add garlic and shrimp, season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Cook for 2β3 minutes per side until pink and slightly crisped. Set aside.
2οΈβ£ Prep the Broccoli
Steam or roast broccoli with a bit of olive oil and seasoning until tender.
3οΈβ£ Assemble the Bowl
Layer spinach or greens in a bowl. Add broccoli, cucumbers, feta, and cooked shrimp.
4οΈβ£ Top & Dress
Sprinkle with seeds and drizzle with your favorite light dressing. Serve immediately.
