Weekend Reset with Nature 🏕️

It was a much-needed weekend reset with nature. I always get so many questions about land investment, especially in locations far from the city. So, let me share my thoughts.

This beautiful place where I was last weekend to de-stress is a perfect example of what you can do with your own land. The owner did a great job turning it into a Camp Haven, a piece of paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. It just so happens that I am one of those individuals who loves to unwind with the beauty of silence away from the city through camping.

This is proof that a property far from the concrete jungle isn't just a plot of land. It can be a source of personal peace, and it can also become an amazing investment that brings great returns.

Great Weekend of Learning and Fun!😍

Still feeling the good energy from the recent 2025 PAREB VisMin Regional Conference in Cebu at Dusit Thani Mactan! It was truly an amazing experience. This event was so well put together, bringing us great talks, chances to meet new people, and fun times that connected all PAREB members from across the Philippines.

My Cebu Real Estate Board Inc.-CEREB family, especially the organizing team, really did an incredible job; their hard work and all the members' participation made it a very successful and enjoyable conference for everyone. ❤️

Behind every smile is a story, and sometimes, strength.

This was taken during the recent Philippine Association of Real Estate Boards - PAREB VisMin Regional Conference in Cebu, organized by my Cebu Real Estate Board Inc. family. It felt good to be surrounded by colleagues, industry leaders, and conversations that reminded me why I love what I do.

It has been a challenging few weeks personally. Losing someone close reminds us to slow down, reflect, and hold on to what truly matters. But as a real estate broker, I have also learned the value of showing up, even when it is not easy.

This event brought a sense of normalcy, inspiration, and lightness. A much-needed reminder that we move forward with purpose.

My favorite month is about to begin, but I'm torn between smiling or holding back.

This season, which used to feel light and full of hope, now carries a quiet weight. Losing someone so dear is already painful, but seeing the people you love go through that kind of pain, that is an even deeper ache. Still, I choose to show up. Not just as a broker, but as a person with real emotions, real battles, and real faith.

If you're in a space where you're trying to carry on while carrying something heavy, I see you. It's okay to not be okay all the time. What matters is we keep going, gently, honestly, and with grace.

Let's move through this month one day at a time, still hopeful, still kind, and still choosing to show up.

That is the power of real estate investment. Time is your best friend. Land appreciates over the years. Maybe today, stagnant pa ang market, but the value of that land you bought years ago has already increased. Whether you built on it or just held it, you are already ahead.

Take this photo for example. The owner decided to plant trees on the land. Not only does it improve the property, but it also becomes an additional source of income through future harvests. Win win!

Real estate is one of the few investments where you can see the growth with your own eyes, from soil to structure, from seed to shade.

Usahay, I get asked: "Do you really love what you're doing?" And honestly, dili pirmi klaro ang dalan.

There are days I question where I am heading. My mind is full of what ifs, deadlines, goals, and doubts. But one thing I am sure of is my persistence. I may not move fast, but I keep going. I choose not to let failures stop me. And when I reach a goal, I quietly smile, say thank you, and prepare for the next.

I found myself reflecting in this beautiful lounge at Galleria Residences Tower in Cebu, a quiet and cozy space exclusive to unit owners. If you are someone who values peace, convenience, and beautiful everyday spaces like this, maybe this is a sign.
