Usa ka EV (Electric Vehicle) nasunog while ga charge sa balay.

To be honest, Wala pa jud koy salig aning BYD. Ato obserbaran after 5 years ari sa Philippines unsay kasikas ani.

Liman ka nangutana ko ganiha ahente sa BYD na if ma buslot ang ligid sa BYD EV kay natunok, pwede raba ipa bulkit sa local vulcanizing shop?

Ang iyang ge answer kay DILI. 🤣

Dapat adto daw jud ipaayo sa BYD Dealership. Niya if sa Santander ko ma flattan? Mag ceres nalang ko pauli? 🤣

Pass lang sa ko aning BYD. Kay para nako kong mopalit ko ani, mora rapod ko nag avail ug free trial na subscription.

Are the Duranos really mga ma***to? 😡

From Manong Amon to Nito Durano, and now Mix Durano, opinions vary. Some say they’re bad, while others claim they’re good.

From Manong Amon’s successful efforts in converting Danao into an industrialized city to Nito and Mix’s focus on making Danao a powerhouse for employment, the goal is clear: to keep residents from northern Cebu from having to travel to Cebu City for work.

Mix Durano’s business acumen is very attractive to investors and businesspersons. Upcoming developments include SM Danao, Robinsons Mall, condominium buildings, BPO companies, and other undisclosed major conglomerates. No wonder Mix Durano consistently ranks as one of the best in Cebu.

Are they really bad people? I even saw a TikTok post from a rider stating that Nito Durano helps without hesitation. (See comment section)

Imagine, by 2030, Danao City could become an IT Park in the north that can employ over 50,000 people.

Hmmmm, what do you think, guys? Are they really bad people, as some in the minority claim?

Does this minority want a taste of controlling Danao City?

Is this minority a puppet of something bigger?

I really don’t know, guys. After all, I’m just sharing my unfiltered opinions on this matter.

Balay Dako: While we are pet-friendly, aspins are not allowed? 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

I have an aspin myself, but this rule seems too strict. Aspins are cute and lovable. The assigned manager's actions have hurt Balay Dako's reputation, especially since they allowed aspins to enter previously.

If you were the owner of Balay Dako, what would you do about the assigned manager?

How can you fix your brand's reputation after this?

Good luck to the owners. Brand reputation is delicate and hard to repair. Sometimes, rebranding might be necessary.

Is Danao City really in good hands? 🤔

There are significant and well-known establishments coming, such as SM Mall, Toyota Motor Philippines, Hyundai, Cebu Landmasters, and the rumored Robinsons Mall, Ayala Mall, and IT-BPO companies (possibly an IT Park in the North?).

These companies not only enhance the beauty of Danao City but also provide employment opportunities for the masses, not just in Danao City but throughout Northern Cebu.

With rising poverty, we truly need this kind of leadership and opportunity. An opportunity to decrease the level of unemployment.

The major question is:

Under the leadership of Mix Durano and Nito Durano, can Danao City become an IT Park in the North?
