Yesterday, we saw an injured mother cat along Skyway who apparently just gave birth. When we tried to approach it, the mother cat ran away and left the kitten. We couldn’t leave him/her there as we fear the mom might not come back, or worse, the kitten might crawl into traffic.
So we decided to rescue it, and name him/her Sky. Hoping that this kitten survives the crucial first few weeks of life.
