Due to the effects of the Habagat (Southwest Monsoon), many families in the Province of Rizal are in need of basic necessities and support.

Malacañang Talim-Sambuklod Eagles Club are humbly appealing to kind-hearted individuals, organizations, and our brothers and sisters,Kuya&Ate, for donations of:

🍼 Powdered Milk

🧼 Soap & Hygiene Supplies
💊 Doxycycline – for leptospirosis cases, to be distributed with proper medical guidance

Malacañang Talim-Sambuklod Eagles Club continues to live by the spirit of Service Through Strong Brotherhood by providing a FREE BREAKFAST to our fellow Filipinos affected by HABAGAT and currently staying at the evacuation center.

Evacuation Site: Kasiglahan Village Elementary School
Montalban, Rodriguez, Rizal

Through this simple act of kindness, we hope to bring comfort, strength, and hope to every family in the evacuation center. ❤️

Breakdown:

👶 Infant – 14
🍼 7 months–2 years old – 59
👧 3–5 years old – 77
👦 6–12 years old – 265
🧑 13–17 years old – 263
👨‍👩‍👧 18–59 years old – 692
♿ Persons with Disability – 13

👥 Total Beneficiaries: more or less 1,430 Individuals

This activity was conducted in coordination with the 403rd Civil Military Operation Company 4RCDG RESCOM,Phillipine Army & Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO).

May this breakfast serve not only as nourishment for the body, but also as a reminder that you are not alone your Kuya,Ate,Bunso&Friends of Eagles stands with you.

Today, August 23,2026 we proudly celebrate the 7th Chartered Anniversary of National Capital Region 2, honoring seven meaningful years of commitment to the ideals and principles of the Fraternal Order of Eagles – Philippine Eagles.

Through the years, our brotherhood has remained steadfast—standing together in times of need, extending a helping hand to our communities, and proving that true brotherhood is measured not by words, but by service and action.

We are pleased to inform everyone that the Tau Gamma Phi – Rizal Provincial Council will be conducting a Medical Mission on August 30, 2026, at Barangay Bayumbong, Jala-Jala, Rizal.

This community healthcare initiative aims to provide accessible medical assistance and services to our fellow community members.

The Malacañang Talim-Sambuklod Eagles Club successfully conducted a meaningful Medical Mission, at Barangay Pamplona Uno Las Piñas City (August 16,2026-Sunday) under the strong leadership of Club President Kuya Allan Quilantang, with the support of National Capital Region 2 Governor Kuya Eduardo Duran.

Through this initiative, we were able to provide free services to our beneficiaries:

👓 120 recipients – Optical Services / Free Reading Eyeglasses
🩺 127 recipients – Blood Sugar & Blood Pressure Monitoring
🦷 64 recipients – Dental Services
✂️ 50 recipients – Free Haircut

Our heartfelt appreciation goes to the 403rdCDC Civil Military Operation Company, led by 1LT Valentin Lopez Jr.Inf PA(RRI.CMOC)for their valuable support and partnership.
Special thanks as well to Team Mapagmahal, particularly Mr. Bobot Arandez and Mr. Car Michael Nuqui, for their generosity, support, and dedication in making this medical mission a success.
