Assorted Bavarian filled Donut / pineapple, strowberry, and chocolate | pang negosyo
Ingredients - shell donut
-100 grams bread flour or all purpose flour
-2 tsp instant dry yeast
-1 tsp salt
-1/2 cup milk powder
-2/3 cup sugar
-2/3 Margarine
-600ml water
Ingredients - filling
-1 cup evaporated milk
-1 cup powdered milk
-1/4 cup Margarine
-1/2 cup condensed milk
-1/4 cup shortening
Ingredients - flavoring
-for pineapple filling add 1 and 1/2 tsp of pineapple powdered juice + yellow food color
-for strowberry filling add 1/2 tbsp of strowberry powdered juice + red food color
For chocolate filling add 1/4 chocolate chips (steam)
