Sometimes we spend so much time chasing the next thing that we forget to enjoy what's already in front of us.

People think silence is the hardest part. But sometimes, the hardest part is wanting to understand what your child is feeling without words. Over time, we learned that connection isn’t only through speaking it can be found in routines, small gestures, and quiet moments. Different doesn’t mean less.
