Hello, little self.
There are so many things I want to tell you, but if I had to summarize everything, it would be this:
You know that dream you’ve been quietly carrying in your heart?
It came true.
Not exactly the way you imagined it. Not as grand or as perfect as you once pictured. But it became the life you always prayed for—a loving husband and three beautiful children.
And do you see that little boy standing beside you in this photo?
You have no idea yet, but one day, he will become your husband. Together, you’ll build a home filled with love, laughter, grace, and three wonderful children who will make your heart fuller than you ever thought possible.
Remember all those questions you kept asking God? Why, out of so many families, did He allow Mom to leave so early?
Know you kinda understand.
The pain won’t disappear, but it begin to make sense.
The life you lived—every hardship, every tear, every unanswered prayer—will shape the woman you become. It will teach you gratitude. It will make you appreciate the little things that many people take for granted.
One day, you’ll realize that the things you once longed for became your greatest blessings.
A husband who chooses you every day.
Three little voices calling you “Mom.”
A home filled with laughter, noisy mornings, family meals, and ordinary moments that feel extraordinary.
If I could tell you one last thing, it would be this:
Keep trusting God, even when you don’t understand His plans.
Because He has been writing a far more beautiful story than you could have ever imagined.
And one day, you’ll look back at this little girl in the photo, smile through grateful tears, and whisper,
“God, You answered every prayer… just not in the way I expected.”
