ALBERT ANDRADA, AN ICON OF PHILIPPINE COUTURE JOINS MUTYA NG PILIPINAS 👑
A distinguished name in Philippine fashion takes his place on the Mutya stage. We are honored to welcome Albert Andrada as the Official Swimsuit Partner for the Grand Coronation Night of Mutya ng Pilipinas 2026.
With a career spanning decades and an international clientele that has included royalty, beauty queens, and prominent personalities, Andrada has built a reputation for couture defined by opulence, precision, and unmistakable elegance. His international career took him to the Middle East, where he spent more than 20 years in fashion, including a decade as a designer for the ruling royal family of Fujairah.
His journey has been marked by notable milestones, including winning the Swarovski Designer of the Year award in Dubai in 2002 and being recognized as Asia’s Most Connected Designer at the Mercedes-Benz Stylo Asian Fashion Week in Kuala Lumpur.
For the world of pageantry, his name is already part of Philippine fashion history. Andrada created the iconic royal blue gown worn by Pia Wurtzbach during her historic Miss Universe 2015 victory, along with her national costume for the competition.
The partnership was formally sealed through a contract signing between Albert Andrada and Ms. Cory Quirino, President of Mutya ng Pilipinas, marking the beginning of a collaboration that will bring Andrada’s signature design sensibility to the Grand Coronation Night of the 58th Season.
