A private relationship dispute has spilled into the public eye after Grey Crawford and his girlfriend, Ma Chellessie Nico Pagkalinawan, exchanged a series of emotional and strongly worded statements on social media, each accusing the other of distorting the truth about their relationship.
The controversy began when Chellessie appeared to address criticism surrounding Grey, suggesting that people often judge someone's reaction without understanding what caused it in the first place.
"Tao nga naman tatawagin kang TOXIC, kapag nag react ka pero yung reason bakit ka nag react di nila yun nakikita. MAY SUGAT NGA PALA SIYA SA MUKA NO, ?"
Through her post, Chellessie implied that the public was focusing only on visible outcomes and reactions while ignoring the events that allegedly led to them.
Grey quickly responded, rejecting her claims and accusing her of portraying herself as the victim while bringing old issues back into the spotlight.
"Ako naman magsasalita masyado ka ng pavictim, una issue mo sa comment ni cherry ngayon sa sakitan naman wag mong paikutin yung issue, naging maayos tayo after ng sakitan nagbalikan tayo.. kaya ka naglalive at nagrant sa fb dahil sa sinasabi mong issue samen ayan lahat!"
According to Grey, they had already reconciled after previous conflicts and even got back together afterward. He questioned why matters he believed had been settled were once again being discussed publicly, suggesting that Chellessie was using social media to paint him in a negative light.
However, Chellessie fired back with an even more explosive statement, describing Grey as a "MANIPULATIVE GASLIGHTER MANCHILD" and detailing what she claimed were repeated incidents of abuse throughout their relationship.
"Ikaw unang nanakit nakikiusap palagi sa tuwing nagsasaktan tayo na wag na mok mokong sasaktan dibale ng bungangan mo ginagawa mokong punching bag, nung napuno nasayo at ginantihan ka sasabihin mo ikaw argabyado..."
She went on to allege that Grey would hurt
