Please be advised that we are now accepting applications for Educational Cash Assistance. To qualify, college students must submit the following requirements as proof of enrollment:
Requirements:
1. Residency: Applicant must be a bonafide resident of Barangay Guihaman.
2. Enrollment Status: Must be enrolled for the School Year 2024-2025.
3. Documentation: Submit a photocopy of your current SCHOOL ID and Registration Form (RF).
4. Family Income: Applicant must come from an indigent family.
5. Conduct: Applicant should exhibit good manners and behavior.
Submission Deadline:
All requirements must be submitted by November 9 or November 10, 2024 at the Brgy. Hall (10am-5pm)
