Emerging as the victorious conquerors of the three-day event, the Food and Service Management Organization (FSMO) exhilaratingly extends its profuse felicitations to our teams who excelled in various contests held last April 29, 2025, the second day of the Food and Service Management Skills Competition & Bartending Seminar 2025.
The performances exhibited by various Food and Service Management (FSM) majors garnered massive recognition due to our kitchen masters’ exceptional skills and expertise in the field of culinary. But who clinched the gold crown of victory?

The second day of the Food and Service Management Skills Competition & Bartending Seminar 2025 showcased the varied skills of various FSM majors in the area. Featuring a total of four competitions, namely table napkin relay, table skirting & centerpiece making, cooking competition, and cake decorating, first-year to third-year students dynamically partook and exhibited their diverse knowledge and prowess.

During the third and last day of the activity, a thanksgiving mass was held to mark the momentous success of the three-day occasion.

The three-day event, spearheaded by the Food and Service Management Organization (FSMO), entitled “Food and Service Management Skills Competition & Bartending Seminar 2025“ finally commenced last April 28, 2025.

During the first day of the activity, teams exhibited their enthusiasm and determination by dynamically partaking in an array of interactive games. The afternoon session erupted with cheers as the guest speaker, Mr. Norjun P. Barro, alongside two students from the Bartenders’ Club of the Mariners’ Polytechnic Colleges Foundation, presented flair bartending performances after a comprehensive discussion about the basics of bartending.

Ang Food and Service Management Organization (FSMO) ay lubos na ipinagmamalaki ang husay at dating na ipinamalas ni 𝗝𝗢𝗛𝗡 𝗔𝗡𝗗𝗥𝗜𝗘 𝗟. 𝗚𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗝𝗢 sa nakaraang paghahanap sa mga Lakan at Lakambini ng Kolehiyo ng Teknolohiyang Pang-industriya 2024 noong ika-8 ng Nobyembre 2024 kung saan nagwagi siya bilang Lakan ng Teknolohiyang Pang-industriya 2024 - 1st Runner Up. Kalakip nito ay ang paghakot niya ng iba pang mga gantimpala tulad ng Mr. Photogenic, Mr. Congeniality, at Best in Formal Attire.
