The First Ever Bicol Water Search and Rescue (WASAR) Olympics officially launched during the first day of the Bagat-Dagat Festival 2025 at Matayum Lagoon, Cataingan, Masbate, 21 June 2025.

Congratulations to our Top Performing Teams:

1st Runner-Up – Coast Guard District Bicol (CGDBCL)
2nd Runner-Up – Police Regional Office V (PNP PRO V) Regional Mobile Force Battalion 5

*Human Centipede Race
*Rubber Boat Paddling/Rowing
