May mga araw talaga sa café na hindi perfect — may mga pagkukulang, may mga pagkakamali

kagabi nga fam ay nakapag serve kami ng maling orders sa customeer na yun at hindi lang basta mali, dahil yung pagkakamali na yun ay valid kung magagalit sila.

pero Instead of raising their voice
they chose to speak kindly, Instead of posting online, they talked to us with respect, Instead of walking away disappointed, they gave us a chance to make it right.

And that simple act
sobrang laking bagay para sa amin.

Nagkaroon kami ng pagkakamali sa naibigay namin sa kanilang orders and we admit that, we talk to them and humingi ng pasensya

imbes naa magalit sila, binigyan nila kaki ng pagkakataon para magpaliwanag, at muling pag serve-ban sila
