Matapos ang masining na pagtatanghal at makabayang pagdiriwang, narito na ang mga nagwagi sa Buwan ng Wika 2025. Ipinamalas nila ang husay sa paggamit ng wikang Filipino at ang lalim ng pag-unawa sa kulturang Pilipino. Sa bawat tula, awit, sayaw, at talumpati, sumiklab ang diwa ng pagiging makabayan. Isang pagpupugay sa mga kampeon ng wika at kultura ng bayan.

โ€œWe stand in defiance to the systematic injustice of our time and pray for the lasting Christian social transformation of our beloved Philippinesโ€ โ€“ Fr. Siddharta Chiong, O.P.

The Junior High School joins the UTS-Legazpi community at the St. Tomas Aquinas chapel to gather for the Holy Mass for Justice and Peace, presided by Rev. Fr. Ernesto M. Arceo, OP, Prior, St. Raymond de Peรฑafort, this September 19, 2025

Amidst the sins of injustice and corruption in the country, this Mass was an offer to represent the rest of the country crying out for transparency, integrity, and a change towards a good path. The community united in prayers for the countryโ€™s future and leadership.

Rev. Fr. Siddharta B. Chiong, O.P. presided the homily. He mentioned the virtue of faith, as the Philippines is always riddled with wrongdoing and unjustness, to be used as the spearhead of Truth, just like the Blessed Mother and St. John at the foot of the Cross, in defiance to the injustice happening despite facing insignificance due to their social status.

Before Fr. Siddharta B. Chiong, O.P. closed his homily, he referred back to Jesusโ€™s crucifixion, and asked the people around him: โ€œWho do we become like? Do we become like Pontius Pilate, the crowd, or Mama Mary and St. John?โ€

On September 19, 2025, the Junior High School and Senior High School departments came together at the UST-L Dome for a meaningful talk on mental health awareness, featuring keynote speaker Mr. Kurt Essa Rastrullo.

With the theme โ€œStop the Spiral: Understanding the Basics of Anxiety and the Worry of Everyday Life,โ€ the session explored the distinction between everyday worries and clinical anxiety; their impact on thoughts, emotions, and behaviors; and practical strategies for managing them. From coping tools to real talk on self-awareness and seeking help, the session empowered students to prioritize their mental well-being and reminded everyone: you donโ€™t have to go through it alone.

Students were encouraged to cultivate self-awareness, embrace healthy habits, and seek help when needed.

In celebration of the Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, students from the Junior High School, along with students from CASE, as well as faculty and administrators, and staff, gathered at the UST-L Dome on September 8, 2025.

The mass, taking place that morning, was presided by our beloved rector and president, Rev. Fr. Edwin A. Lao, OP, DBA.

The eucharistic celebration served as a commemoration of the birth of the Blessed Virgin Mary, strengthening our devotion to her as we continue to follow the example of her son, Jesus Christ.

โ€ŽAng mga magaaral ay naghanda ng tig-iisang grazing table sa lahat ng section para sa kanilang Pista sa Nayon. Pagkaing lokal ang inihanda at kinain sa pista naito.
