Lignon Hill Nature Park

Ligñon Hill is a prominent hill in the city of Legazpi, Albay, Philippines. The summit rises to about 512 feet, affording excellent views of the Mayon Volcano to the northwest and the entire city and Albay Gulf to the east.

At that time, vehicles are not allowed to get in. So we had to walk almost 1km. You make sure you bring your water and a snack. The view was breathtaking but Mt Mayon was a bit shy to show its full beauty.

Day 1 of our Trip in Bicol

📍Tita Dina’s Farm
📍 Lolo Jun’s Resort

We visited Tita Dina’s Farm on our 1st day. It was just unfortunate that our phone’s battery 🪫, so we didn’t capture the entire farm.

Thanks also to Lolo Jun, as soon as he heard that we’re already in Bicol, he immediately said “punta kayo dito palalagyan ko na ng tubig ang pool”

But kids can’t wait so they started to dive in 😂

KAWA KAWA NATURAL PARK

It is called Kawa- kawa as its shape resembles a cauldron (Kawa or Caldero in Bikol anguage) . Because of this unique shape is of the same reason why it is also called a hill without a hilltop

But because we have little kids, we weren’t able to reach the top but we were able to enjoy the serenity and peaceful vibe of the place.

Entrance Fee: ₱20/head to reach the cauldron

Our Lola Nena used to tell us stories about how she grew up in Bicol. And ever since then, we would really love to visit this place.
