To All Uniformed Personnel,
Let us not forget what President Rodrigo Duterte did for all of you—how he prioritized the welfare of the military and police, significantly increased your salaries and allowances, and ensured that you were given the respect and support you deserve.
Now, in this time of crisis, where he has been unjustly arrested, it is time to remember and stand by the man who stood by you. Loyalty, integrity, and gratitude define a true officer. Let us not turn our backs on the leader who never turned his back on you.
