The Food and Service Management Organization (FSMO) held its reorganizational meeting on ๐๐ฎ๐ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ 7, 2026 at U-Building TEd 06. The event brought together Food Service Management students for a meaningful day filled with important discussions, exciting activities, and warm fellowship.
Before the meeting formally began, the students also participated in the earthquake drill held at 9:00 a.m. The activity reminded everyone of the importance of staying prepared, calm, and responsible during emergencies. Through their active participation, the FSM students showed cooperation and observed the proper demostration of fire extinguishing.
Following the drill, the meeting opened with remarks from our Junior Adviser, ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฐ๐๐๐๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐ ๐น๐๐๐. She warmly welcomed our freshies and shared encouraging advice as they began their journey in the Food Service Management program. Her message reminded the students that every new beginning brings opportunities to learn, grow, and become a person with humility whether it be in our professional or personal lives.
After the opening remarks, the students proceeded with the presentation of the organizationโs house rules and other important matters. The discussion went smoothly because of the studentsโ active participation and cooperation. This was followed by the election of the new set of FSMO officers, giving the members the opportunity to choose responsible leaders who would represent and guide the organization.
The event became more lively and enjoyable during the election of the muse and es**rt. The nominees confidently joined the ramp presentation, bringing excitement, laughter, and cheers from their fellow students. Their participation added color and energy to the gathering, making the meeting a memorable experience for everyone.
Congratulations to our newly elected FSMO officers! May you lead the organization with dedication, kindness, and unity. Your new roles are not only privileges but also responsibilities to serve and inspire your fellow Food Service Management students. May you work together with confidence and continue to organize activities that will strengthen the bond among all FSM students.
The meeting concluded with words of gratitude from the Senior Adviser, ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐พ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ท๐๐๐๐๐๐๐. She thanked everyone for their cooperation, participation, and support in making the gathering successful.
With new leaders, fresh beginnings, safety awareness, and stronger connections, the FSMO is ready to move forward. Together, the students showed that when cooperation, friendship, and enthusiasm come together, every activity becomes a meaningful step toward a brighter, safer, and more united organization.
