𝗕𝗨𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗚 𝗱𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗔𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗟𝗘

Bicol University - College of Engineering (BUCENG) produced a topnotcher in the April 2026 Registered Electrical Engineers Licensure Examination (REELE).

Based on the results released by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) Board, John Lloyd Almazan Espedido of Bicol University - Legazpi grabbed the 9th place with a rating of 92.15%.

Additionally, Bicol University - Legazpi produced 94 newly-licensed electrical engineers from its 130 exam takers, yielding an overall passing rate of 72.31%, with 78.95% recorded from its first-time takers and 25.00% from its repeaters.

Meanwhile, the national passing rate for April 2026 REELE settled at 57.49%, with 3,769 passers out of the 6,556 exam takers.

‎The official results of the election was released at 5 PM today, April 25, 2026, wherein BUCENG accumulated a total of 2,066 voters out of 2,205 registered voters, totalling to 93.7% voters turnout.

𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 | 𝗕𝗨𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗚 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝟵𝟯.𝟳𝟬% 𝗩𝗼𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗼𝘂𝘁

Of the 2,205 registered voters from the Bicol University College of Engineering, 2,066 students voted during the election, which translates to a 93.70% voters turnout.

This is remarkably higher from the last academic year's records with 63.60% voter turnout.
