TRAVEL TIME GOING TO BICOL REGION WILL BE MORE SHORTER AS SLEX TR4 IS NEARING ITS COMPLETION‼️‼️ 🛣️🛣️🇵🇭

The SOUTH LUZON EXPRESSWAY TOLL ROAD 4 (SLEX-TR4) is a 66.74 kilometer expressway that will extrend (SLEX) targetting to connect Santo Tomas, Batangas to the Quezon Province capital, the beautiful Lucena City! 🥰

The expressway is divided into six sections. The said project is expected to reduce travel time between Santo Tomas and Lucena in APPROXIMATELY 1 HOUR FROM THE PRESENT 4-HOUR TRAVEL TIME!

This expressway will form part of the interconnected expressway network in the south, paving the way including Bicol Region easing the transport of people and goods and boosting economic growth. 📈📊

SOON TO RISE IN LEGAZPI - NEW POLICE OUTPOSTS TO FURTHER STRENGTHEN PEACE AND ORDER ‼️👮👮

Mayor Hisham Ismail confirmed in a radio interview that the Legazpi City Police will soon open their newly police outposts to fasten response in times of emergency.

First that will be erected is in the northern barangays either in Barangay Padang or Barangay Bigaa to cater the peace and security concerns within the northernmost barangays near Mayon Volcano.

Another will be in the southernmost area in the barangays of Legazpi aside from Taysan Police Precincts.

Legazpi City was recently ranked 9th among the safest cities to visit in the Philippines.

MASBATE GOLD PROJECT IN AROROY INVESTS SUSTAINABLE FUTURE IN REDEFINING RESPONSIBLE MINING THRU SOLAR ENERGY! ☀️⛰️🏗⚒️

Masbate Gold Project are now innovating responsible and sustainable mining thru big infrastructure nvestments as it will soon-to-be operate a SOLAR POWER PLANT that will generate 8.2 megawatts and expectedly to be completed this coming August 2025.

It has 16,000 solar panels widespread across the 8.7 hectares area and upon its completion, processing plant are expectedly to minimize its dependence on the electricity.

Mining Manager Renel Jose Banzon stressed that aside from mining can be done responsibly, it will open more doors for long-term sustainability.

The solar power plant is EXPECTED TO REDUCE P150M in annual power cost and its ROI is projected to be reached in just 2 to 3 years.

MGP exceed its efforts to mitigate the environmental impact of their operation thru responsible mining. They created sustainable programs that rehabilitates the mining site and bring more education and job opportunities to the local communities.

BICOL INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT TO WELCOME INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS AT THE END OF 2025‼️‼️‼️ ✈️️ 🌎🌋

The Bicol International Airport (BIA) is set to global travellers from HONG KONG, THAILAND, SINGAPORE, and SOUTH KOREA! 🇹🇭 🇸🇬 🇰🇷

By the end of 2025, the "MOST SCENIC GATEWAY" will welcome international flights and the foreign travellers will directly landed in Albay with a Mayon Volcano in the background. 🛣️✈️⛰️

Department of Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon said that the transportation department is coordinating with the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB) to invite international airlines, aiming to connect Bicol directly to said countries. 🧭

Making BIA on the world map is part of the Bicol Regional Tourism Development Plan, aiming to transform Bicol into a top-tier international destination and a result - an economic powerhouse.

Former Albay 2nd District Cong. Joey Sarte Salceda and Ako Bicol Party-list aims to bring more development in the area.

A remarkable chapter for Legazpi that its City Health formally launched its new rabies station in the City Health Office of Legazpi that OFFERS FREE RABIES VACCINATIONS TO LEGAZPEÑOS!

Mayor Hisham Ismail graced the new station last June 30, 2025 upon starting of his office being the City Mayor of Legazpi.

The facility accommodates AT LEAST 20 PATIENTS PER DAY served on a FIRST-COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS.

To avail the free vaccination, residents are required to PRESENT CERTIFICATE OF INDIGENCY issued by the BARANGAY.
