BU-USC urges students to partake in univ-wide plebiscite

Bicol University - University Student Council (BU-USC) encourages BUeรฑos to participate in approving the amendments made to the Constitution and By-Laws (CBL) of the council through a plebiscite.

This university-wide endeavor seeks to allow bona fide BUeรฑo students to have a say in the universal document that mandates the governance of the highest-ranking student officials in the institution.

According to BU-USCโ€™s Facebook post, a total of 19 articles from the CBL are said to be up for ratification and implementation.

Electronic voting ballots in the form of Google Form links were allocated per college unit, and submission of the said ballots will only be accepted seven (7) days after the call for the mass voting.
