Congratulations to the Isabel Fighting Sports Association (IFSA) for officially receiving its Certificate of Registration and being duly recognized by the National Youth Commission (NYC) as a registered Community-Based Organization!
This milestone marks another important step for IFSA in strengthening combat sports development, youth empowerment, discipline, and community service here in Isabel, Leyte. 💪🔥
