Matthew 7:21–23 (KJV):
“Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.”
↪️This passage teaches that it’s not just about calling Jesus “Lord,” but truly obeying God’s will and having a genuine relationship with Him.
A genuine relationship means you talk to Him (prayer) and listen to Him (through His Word and Spirit) also obey Him.
Have you tried to talk to God and speak to you through the Holy Spirit?
Going to church and attending activities but haven't encountered Him, is not enough.
(Read Matthew 7:21-23) Calling Him without knowing Him, without obeying Him, He says
" I never knew you, Depart from me . "
This sounds scary.
Think of it brethren. Don't waste your time without having an encounter with God.
Good Day 🔥🔥🔥🔥
